Next Blazers Board Meeting Will Be Held
Monday May 20, 2013 @ 6 pm @ FSZ-NE.

***Every Blazer team should have a representative at each meeting***

2013-14 Blazer Uniform Fittings

Fitting nights will be held on: Tuesday 5/7 , Thursday 5/9 and then Monday 5/13, from 4pm-10pm, at the Skate Zone.

For proper jersey sizing, players should bring their shoulder pads, goalies bring their chest protectors.

For those of you new to the process- we will set up in one of the party rooms here at SkateZone.

In the party room you’ll try on the apparel, and then take the order form to the Gear Zone to pay for your order. Once the fitting nights are over we will place the orders for all apparel and it will be completed + given out usually mid-late August.

Team Uniform-

The jerseys, socks and shell are the same as last year. The Bauer warm-up jacket and pants are the same, except this year the club is making them MANDATORY for all players to wear, as it promotes uniformity.

For returning players- if your warmup from last year fits, you don't have to get a new one. ALL NEW PLAYERS need to purchase the warmup suit.

We will also be taking orders for some optional Blazers team items.

- On the Blazers brochure there was an error, listing a $75 “Blazers Team Bag” listed and mentioned that it was a "mandatory" purchase. This is NOT the case. We will be offering a Bauer Custom team carry bag, similar to the black / white ones we carry currently in the shop. The difference will be, these bags will have orange/white carry straps and a Blazers twill logo patch sewn on both sides of the bag. It comes complete from Bauer, but they do not offer personalization on bags. Those custom bags would also be finished/ delivered on the mid-late August timeframe. The bag comes in size Medium or Large. They do not make a size small in this bag.

- We will also be taking orders for the popular GRIT HT1 hockey tower bags (black/orange), personalized with the player name/number embroidered on the panel, as well as the Blazers “B” logo. Cost of the bag will be $150+ tax for the medium 33” and $160+ tax for the large 36”. This is the regular retail price of these bags, so basically you’re getting the approx $25 cost of the player embroidery and Blazers patch for free.

- Last year we had some success with a special “Team Order” for Bauer RE-AKT helmets- the top of the line “concussion” helmet that many of the pros wear. We will again open this up to anyone who would like one, as the RE-AKT is on the cutting edge of concussion prevention. It is available with or without cage, in sizes Small – Large. They are a generously sized helmet, so it won’t fit most of the younger kids, but as they’re not playing full-contact, they may not need it.  Price of the helmet, with cage will be $160+ tax (regularly we sell it for $209.99 and online it’s $230). Price of the helmet, without cage will be $140+ tax (regular price is $179.99 and online it’s $200). It is available in either white or black.

- We will be taking pre-orders for the Blazers Logo-Knit blanket we have hanging in the Gear Zone for $45. Approx size 60” x 60” is thick, heavyweight, washable and warm. Regularly we sell it for $60
